Virgil is a Strategic Marketing Consultant and industry leader with over a decade spent in Mass Participation. Prior to starting his successful Consultancy, he was Head of Commercial & Charity Partnerships at the Running Bug, the largest running content platform in Europe.
Virgil has held senior positions at numerous data centric marketing agencies and uses core marketing principles to help drive participation across a variety of performance based channels.
Having built and delivered digital strategies to launch some of the most well-known events mass participation events in the UK, Virgil, has in-depth experience of the customer journey from sign-up, through registration to race day.
Virgil now consults at board level for a range of rights holders, endurance platforms, brands and ancillaries with specialisms across marketing strategy, international cohort growth, content and go to market.
A passionate marathon runner with the goal of running sub-3, Virgil brings a wealth of direct experience to RIA.
