Foundation Group
The RIA x TIA Next Gen Working Group has been created to support, connect and develop the next generation of talent across the running and triathlon industry.
The group will focus on:
- Supporting and developing future talent within the running and triathlon industry
- Improving access, career pathways and education for early-career professionals
- Encouraging innovation, fresh thinking and new perspectives across the sector
- Creating opportunities for emerging professionals to connect, collaborate and help shape the future of the industry – together
The Next Gen Working Group is open across all RIA and TIA Member sectors, bringing together individuals from across industry sectors.
Criteria
To apply to be part of the RIA x TIA Next Gen Working Group, individuals must:
- Be part of an Running Industry Alliance and/or Triathlon Industry Association Member company
- Be aged between 19 and 35
- Submit an application to be part of the Working Group
- Have approval from their RIA and/or TIA Member company to apply and participate
- Work within any RIA or TIA Member sector
The Working Group has been designed to ensure representation from across the industry, while giving younger professionals a voice, a platform and an opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the running and triathlon sector, supported by intergenerational collaboration, mentoring and shared experience.
