Endurance Zone Rebrands to EZ Loyalty Following Five Years of International Growth

London, UK – Endurance Zone has announced that it is rebranding to EZ Loyalty, marking a new phase in the company’s development following five years of sustained growth and international expansion.

Founded in 2020 by David Birch, the business began as a technology platform focused on improving customer engagement within the fitness sector. Over the past five years, the company has expanded significantly, growing to a team of 20 and supporting loyalty and engagement programmes used by tens of millions of end users globally.

The company has established a strong presence within sports and fitness, working with organisations including Echelon, Virgin Active, F45, Snap Fitness & England Athletics. Its technology is currently used by more than 200 governing bodies worldwide, as well as professional teams across the NFL, MLB and the Premier League.

In recent years, the platform has also been adopted by organisations outside its original market. Its flexible, integration-led architecture has supported deployments across airlines, membership organisations, banks and insurers. This broader adoption has driven the decision to rebrand under a name that reflects its wider industry application.

Rebranding as ‘EZ Loyalty’

The new name, EZ Loyalty (pronounced “EZ-ee Loyalty”), reflects the company’s focus on simplifying the design, launch and management of loyalty and engagement programmes across different sectors.

Alongside the rebrand, EZ Loyalty has introduced an enhanced modular platform that allows organisations to deploy individual components or a full end-to-end solution. The modular suite includes:

  • EZ Tech – Core infrastructure and integrations
  • EZ Rewards – Curated rewards and incentive programmes
  • EZ Points – Flexible points and currency systems
  • EZ Referrals – Referral and advocacy tools
  • EZ Challenges – Gamified engagement features
  • EZ Activations – Digital and experiential engagement modules

Looking Ahead

Commenting on the rebrand, David Birch, Founder and CEO of EZ Loyalty, said:

“I’m very excited to finally announce our rebrand. It reflects how the business has evolved over the last five years, thanks to the hard work of our brilliant team. While sports and fitness remains central to who we are and where we started, our technology is now being used across a much broader range of industries. EZ Loyalty better represents the platform we’ve built and the organisations we support today, as well as where we see future growth.”

EZ Loyalty will continue to invest in its technology platform as it expands into new markets, with a focus on helping organisations improve engagement, retention and long-term customer value.
