BRIGHTON MARATHON WEEKEND INTRODUCES 2023 LOCAL CHARITY PARTNERS

Every year, we pick two local charities to become our Local Charity Partners for the Brighton Marathon Weekend.

Our events have always been rooted in the local community and our core aim remains to bring life changing experiences to our participants, many of whom are currently or have been Brighton-based, through memorable challenges and incredible achievements.

Every year, we’re blown away with the massive generosity of our supporters. In 2022, more than £2 million was raised for causes our runners and riders care about at the Brighton Marathon Weekend.

We want to make sure the incredible causes and charities based in our city benefit from some of that generosity. That’s why each year we select Local Charity Partners to work with, and this year we’re delighted to be working with Heads On and Team Domenica.

HEADS ON

“We are delighted to be working with Brighton marathon 2023, raising awareness of mental health and celebrating the positive effects that running and cycling can have on recovery in the NHS’ 75th anniversary year. Huge thanks to everyone running and cycling for Heads On, see you on the finish line!” – Rachel Duke, Head of Charity at Heads On.
