Founded by an experienced operations manager with over 14 years in ambulance services and event medical delivery, SE Medical supports organisers across London, the South East, and nationwide. The team combines frontline clinical expertise with strong operational planning, ensuring events are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
SE Medical provides a full range of services, including first responders, ambulance technicians, paramedics, rapid response vehicles (RRVs), cycle response units (CRUs), and treatment facilities. All deployments are built around event-specific risk assessments and medical plans, aligned to industry guidance including The Purple Guide and relevant best practice frameworks.
The business has experience supporting a wide range of events, from community races to large-scale running events with thousands of participants. This includes road races, trail runs, and multi-distance events, working closely with organisers, local authorities, and Safety Advisory Groups (SAGs).
