RaceNation x Racecheck aiming to support mass participation industry

Online event registration platform RaceNation has announced a partnership with Racecheck, the online feedback website for mass participation events.

The two organisations note that they have integrated… ‘to empower event organisers to take behavioural science into their user journey, by providing social proof whilst customers are in the registration process.’

Racecheck claims to have seen… ‘Event directors increase event sales by over 22% with an average ROI of over 30x while dramatically reducing shopping cart abandonment. This insight and conversion alongside RaceNation’s superior insight and approach to supporting the industry with improved data is a big step forward for the industry.’

Data and reports from the two brands will look to highlight industry trends along with helping event organisers retain existing, and convert new, customers.
