Ourea Events announce two new races to join the Dragon’s Back Race in 2026

We are so excited to announce two new races to join the Dragon’s Back Race in 2026, introducing Dragon’s Fire & Dragon’s Tail!

Dragon’s Fire – 110km | 7200m+ | 7 – 8 September 2026  

An exhilarating two-day introduction to the Dragon’s Back Race, starting with the iconic start at Conwy Castle and tackling the most challenging terrain of the event. 

Dragon’s Tail – 137km | 4500m+ | 11 – 12 September 2026  

Experience the route that captures the final chapters of the Dragon’s Back Race, a two-day journey traversing the Bannau Brycheiniog and culminating in a triumphant finale at Cardiff Castle.
