Conductor opens Taipei office to support international endurance sport clients

Design & marketing consultancy Conductor has opened a new office in Taipei, expanding its international footprint to serve clients across the endurance sport and outdoor industries.

The London-based agency is known for its work with a number of premium cycling and running brands and will now operate from Asia’s long-standing hub of manufacturing.

The move follows Conductor’s integration into Gruppo Media, publisher of Rouleur and organiser of Rouleur Live. Conductor Co-founder Jonathan Davies will relocate to Taipei following Eurobike 2025 to lead the new team and oversee operations in the region.

Conductor’s expansion into Taiwan aligns with Gruppo Media’s broader strategy in Asia, which includes a joint venture with Titan Media Group (TMG) to publish Rouleur in Chinese and promote cycling culture in China.

“Asia continues to play a central role in the evolution of cycling and mobility,” said Conductor Co-founder Jonathan Davies. “Being based in Taipei allows us to be closer to the industry, providing deeper support and faster solutions for our clients.”

Conductor’s new base is designed to act as a strategic and creative hub, supporting:

  • Brand strategy for cycling and active lifestyle companies
  • Creative design, including product branding and digital content
  • Marketing & PR campaigns across Asia and internationally
  • Digital growth, spanning web, content, and performance marketing

Davies added, “This expansion is a key milestone in our mission to support ambitious sporting brands and manufacturers in Asia, while helping global brands achieve meaningful success in this rapidly growing market.”

Matteo Cassina, Chairman of Gruppo Media, said “Conductor’s arrival in Asia and the recent launch of Rouleur China mark significant milestones in our global growth strategy.

“With deep market insight and creative excellence, Conductor strengthens our presence in Asia and enhances the value we bring to partners worldwide.”

Conductor has already begun collaborating with regional clients and forming connections across the Asian cycling community. The Taipei office formalises this engagement, supporting both Chinese-speaking brands looking to grow internationally, and international brands looking to enter Asia.
