At the Running Industry Alliance, our Now and Future Alliance Advisory Boards bring together experienced leaders and emerging voices from across the running industry representing Brands, Retailers, Buying Groups and Distributors, Events, Charities, Communities, Media, NGB’s and NGO’s, Services and Suppliers.

“Now” advises on current initiatives; “Future” looks ahead to future challenges and trends – whilst utilising technology that may not have been present historically to solve certain industry issues. With a focus on real-world insights, collaborative problem‑solving and future-proof thinking, the two parallel boards help shape work across RIA four pillars of Membership, Events, Awards and Data.

Supported by RIA’s leadership and core team, the boards are chaired by Phil Benton – together we drive meaningful connection and direction for both current challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities, aligned.
