Founded in 1979, Marathon Tours & Travel (MTT) is a longstanding recognised leader and innovator in the destination travel industry for runners and their supporters. With offices in Boston, Manchester, and Adelaide, we are truly a global running travel company.
We offer travel packages and guaranteed entry to many marathons, half marathons and 10km events including the Abbott World Marathon Majors, Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris, Edinburgh Marathon, The Big Half and the Blackmores Sydney Marathon.
Marathon Tours & Travel is additionally an event management company. We created and manage the Antarctica Marathon®️& Half-Marathon and the Madagascar Marathon & Half-Marathon, which are two of several adventure events now offered. Two other important events in their portfolio include the Patagonia Running Festival and the Amazing Maasai Marathon in Kenya. The Antarctica events, established in 1995, enabled runners to set and reach the once unthinkable goal of finishing a marathon or half-marathon on all seven continents. The official Seven Continents Club®️ was formed to recognise these runners and to offer special VIP services to international globetrotting distance runners.
